This is an open invitation to join us for relaxed group meditations on Mondays at 6pm (new term starting 4th September 2023). Meditating together is a great opportunity to deepen our practice and share experiences. These sessions are great for those who’ve already learned a mantra based technique such as Vedic meditation or TM but are open to all meditators from all backgrounds. After a short welcome, we begin with a guided relaxation, then go into silent meditation for about 20 minutes, ending with a few minutes of integration and the opportunity to stay for discussion afterwards.
